Currently serving as Compliance Advisory Manager at HSBC Innovation Banking since April 2024, Andrew previously held the position of Senior Compliance Manager at HSBC Asset Management from October 2021 to May 2024. Before that, Andrew was Compliance Manager at Rothesay Life and Compliance Officer at Investec Asset Management, where responsibilities included providing advice on investment rules and reviewing new investment instruments for regulatory compliance. Andrew began the career as a Pension and Investment Assistant (Internship) at IBM Retirement Fund EMEA. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Sussex and a Bachelor of Arts in International Finance and Capital Market Studies from the University of Brighton.
