Tim Whalen

Tim Whalen is an experienced Technical Services Delivery Manager and Senior Technical Lead, currently working with HSO since January 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the US technical team and coordinating resources with international offices in Iceland, India, and Serbia. Previously, Tim held a similar dual role at SAGlobal from January 2007 until the company was acquired by HSO. Earlier in Tim's career, a position as a Database Analyst was held at Baker & Daniels from April 2001 to January 2007. Tim holds a Master of Science degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Indiana University, completed between 2005 and 2008.
