Ragotham Venkatnarayan has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Ragotham began their career at Avery India Limited in 1989 as a Sales Executive (Industrial) for a short period. Ragotham then joined Tata Steel in 1990 as a Dy Manager, Materials, and worked there until 1997. After that, Ragotham joined Satyam Computer Services Ltd. where they held various roles including Project Manager, Program Manager, Head of PMO & Offshore Delivery, Head of Business HR, and Asst Vice President, Head of Rewards & Recognition.
