Sankar S. has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Sankar is currently working as the Vice President of Business Development at HTC Global Services since 2023. Sankar has also held key positions at Mindtree, Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, Majesco, Syntel, Madura Garments, Coats, and Sonata Software, where they gained valuable experience in roles such as General Manager, Business Development Head, Director, and Senior Manager. Their extensive experience in retail, logistics, and software development has equipped him with a unique skill set for their current role.

Sankar S. completed their education at three different institutions. Sankar obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (P.G.D.M) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta between 1990 and 1992. Prior to that, they attended the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 1983 to 1988, where they graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. Hons.) and Physics. Their earliest education was at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1971 to 1983, where they focused on Science and Mathematics.
