Milena Omerašević

Milena Omerasevic currently serves as the Head of Deal Conversion and previously held the role of Business Development Manager at HTEC Group since September 2020. Milena has extensive experience as an English Translator for the Association of Scientific and Technical Translators of Serbia since December 2014, specializing in legal, civil engineering, and mechanical engineering translations. Prior roles include Business Development at Execom, where Milena developed sales strategies, managed B2B events, and created sales-focused content from November 2016 to August 2020. Milena's past experience also encompasses positions in content writing, customer support, and online English teaching, with foundational training as a translator. Academically, Milena holds a Master’s in Comparative Literary Studies from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad, along with a BA in Philology and a translator/interpreter qualification.
