Mike Straub's work experience includes several roles in the engineering and product development field. Mike worked at Heatcraft Refrigeration from 2005 to 2014, starting as a Product Development Engineering Manager and later becoming the Director of Product Development. In 2014, they joined Heat Transfer Products Group as the Director of Engineering and Product Development.
Mike Straub received their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 1983 to 1986. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix, completing the program from 2006 to 2008. No specific field of study is mentioned for either degree.
