Delon C. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Delon has worked as the Head of Collection Technology at HTX (Home Team Science & Technology Agency) since November 2022. Prior to this role, Delon was a Principal Engineer and then a Lead Engineer in Programme Management at the same company from April 2022 to November 2022 and October 2021 to April 2022, respectively. Delon also served as a Lead Engineer in Trials & Development from December 2019 to October 2021 at HTX.
Before joining HTX, Delon held positions at the Ministry of Home Affairs Singapore and Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA). At the Ministry of Home Affairs Singapore, they worked as an Assistant Director from June 2019 to December 2019 and as a Senior Lab Manager from June 2015 to June 2019. Delon also worked as a Lab Manager from April 2012 to June 2015. At ICA, Delon served as a Staff Officer in IT & Logistics from December 2008 to April 2012.
Delon's earlier work experience includes roles at the Singapore Armed Forces as the Head of Resource Management from October 2007 to May 2008, at Outward Bound Singapore as the Corporate Communications Manager from December 2005 to August 2007, and at Paprika Global as a Digital Media Producer from May 2004 to December 2005.
Delon C. obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Information Systems from Nanyang Technological University Singapore in 2016-2017. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2004, they earned a Bachelor of Computing (Merit) degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore. In 1997-1998, Delon completed their GCE 'A' Levels at Temasek Junior College. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2021.
