Jian Wei Chan has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Since 2021, Jian Wei has been working as a Lead Engineer at HTX, where they integrate scientific and engineering capabilities to deliver transformative solutions for homeland security and enforcement. Prior to this, they worked as a Service Delivery Manager at Acclivis Technologies and Solutions from 2019 to 2021. Jian Wei Chan has a Bachelor of Information Technology degree from Monash University, which they completed from 2004 to 2007. Jian Wei also has a Diploma in Electronics & Computer Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, obtained from 1998 to 2001. In terms of certifications, they have obtained the MCITP - Server Administrator from Microsoft in 2009-2010, and the MCSA - Windows Server 2012 in 2013. Jian Wei Chan also holds additional certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in June 2023, and as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), obtained in August 2022.
