Kenneth Poon currently serves as a Senior Manager for Research & Technology Partnerships at HTX and a Singapore Futures Fellow at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy Executive Education. Previously, Kenneth held roles as Market Intelligence & Research Lead at Elevandi, and Foresight Analyst and Strategist within the Prime Minister's Office, contributing to the Centre for Strategic Futures. Earlier experience includes positions as a Research Officer and Research Associate at ISEAS - Yusof Ishak Institute, Dean's Fellow at Yale-NUS College, Investigative Journalist at Singapore Press Holdings, Junior Associate at Vriens & Partners, and Ministry Intern at Grace Baptist Church Ltd. Kenneth holds a Master of Letters in Intellectual History from the University of St Andrews and a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Political Science from the National University of Singapore, with additional studies at Sciences Po.
