Kevin Chong is a dedicated forensic scientist and educator currently serving as a Lecturer at the National University of Singapore since January 2023, where the focus is on forensics biology education. With over a decade of experience in forensic science, Kevin has held significant roles including Senior Forensic Scientist at HTX since October 2021, and previously worked as a Scientist III in Molecular Biology at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Kevin's earlier experience includes serving as a Forensic Scientist and Assistant Forensic Scientist at the Health Sciences Authority, applying biological sciences in legal contexts. Academic qualifications comprise a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Science from the National University of Singapore, complemented by a Diploma in Biotechnology from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
