Roy Ong Chin Pheng has over 14 years of work experience in various roles in the marine engineering field. Ong served as the Head of Data Systems at HTX (Home Team Science & Technology Agency) since November 2020. Ong also has extensive experience at DNV GL, where they held the position of Senior Engineer/Surveyor from July 2008 to December 2018. Ong Chin Pheng, Roy (CMarEng MIMarEST, CEng) obtained a 1st Class Hons degree in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering from the Universities of Glasgow and Strathclyde in the years 2004 to 2006.
