Selene Huang

Selene Huang serves as the Global Talent Acquisition Lead/Resource Development at 华为 since January 2020, focusing on talent acquisition planning, recruitment management, and onboarding processes while advising management on human resource skills development. Prior to this role, Selene worked at Manpower from January 2013 to December 2019 as a Consultant, where responsibilities included reviewing employment applications, developing recruitment strategies, and collaborating with clients to meet hiring needs. Selene holds a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Language and Literature from Shanghai International Studies University and a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Renmin University of China.
