Farid Khreino

Farid Khreino has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Farid is currently working at Hub71, Abu Dhabi's leading global technology ecosystem, where they are involved in sourcing and selection for innovative technology start-ups. In 2019, Farid co-founded and served as the co-president of the GW Socially Responsible Investment Fund, leading a team of 30 members and 6 executive board members. Farid also had the opportunity to attend a Financial Literacy Event at the White House where they spoke about the investment fund. Prior to that, Farid worked as a Finance Associate at Interlink Capital Strategies in 2022. In 2019, they gained experience as a Private Equity Intern at INVESTCORP, where they conducted analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities. Farid also interned at Arrow Shipbroking Group in 2018, where they established relationships with clients and traded future contracts in the shipping industry. In 2017, they worked as a Business Development Intern at Hikma Pharmaceuticals, focusing on digital health and contracts. Additionally, Farid co-founded Crayons for Kids (C4K) in 2015, an organization that raised funds to provide crayons and coloring supplies to refugee children in the MENA region.

Farid Khreino completed their elementary school to high school education at the American Community School in Amman, Jordan from 2004 to 2016. Farid then pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs, concentrating in International Economics, and also completed a minor in Business Administration at The George Washington University from 2016 to 2020. Following their undergraduate studies, Farid continued their education at The George Washington University School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Science in International Business from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, they received a certification for their Masters of Science in International Business from the same institution in January 2022.
