Crystal Straughter

Crystal Straughter is currently serving as an Innovation Project Manager at Hubbell Incorporated since October 2023, where responsibilities include leading innovation tool projects from inception to completion. Prior to this role, Crystal held various positions at PhenomeX, notably as Associate Director of R&D Program Management, overseeing the execution of strategic plans and reporting progress to senior leadership, as well as serving as Senior Project Manager leading cross-functional R&D projects. Earlier experience includes managing innovation efforts at Kaman Precision Products and a significant tenure at Henkel, where Crystal progressed from Development Chemist to PD Manager, Open Innovation, managing a diverse portfolio of adhesive products. Crystal holds an MBA from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University and a BS in Biological Science from Florida State University.
