Garth Warner

Garth Warner serves as the Vice President of Total Rewards at Hubbell Incorporated, tasked with overseeing global health, wellness, and compensation programs while developing an enterprise-wide Total Rewards Strategy. Prior to this role, Garth held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Hubbell Lighting, leading HR strategies for mergers and acquisitions, organizational design, and talent acquisition. Garth's experience includes significant tenure at Bank of America in various HR roles, managing people strategies and administrative functions across complex business lines. Earlier in Garth's career, engineering roles were held at Kohler Co. and Molded Fiber Glass Companies, demonstrating a solid foundation in manufacturing and process management. Garth earned an MBA in Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BS in Engineering from Cornell University.
