Marlene Gaddy

Marlene Gaddy is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Manager and formerly as a Quality Assurance Manager at Hubbell Incorporated since December 2020, Gaddy previously worked as a Production Scheduler-Buyer at Killark Electric, a division of Hubbell Inc, from July 2008 to December 2020. Key achievements include managing the transfer of diecast tooling to suppliers nationwide and implementing cost-saving projects exceeding $500,000 within the purchasing department. Gaddy holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from St. Louis Community College and a Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering from Vatterott College.
