Washington Galvão Soares

Washington Galvão Soares currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Hubees since March 2021, leading a diverse team that includes backend and frontend developers, data scientists, infrastructure professionals, and architects, while implementing the CEO's vision. Prior to this role, Washington managed IT at Rede Netpark de Garagens from March 2010 to December 2022, overseeing digital transformation projects, including the implementation of ERP IFS and infrastructure upgrades. Washington's earlier experience includes serving as a project manager and tech lead at eVOLVE Gestão Empresarial from February 2004 to February 2010, as well as an intern at Embraer in 2001, focusing on a market intelligence system. Education credentials include a degree in Computer Science from Universidade do Vale do Paraíba (1998-2002) and ongoing professional development at MIT Professional Education (July 2024 - June 2025).
