Anja Kroll

Anja Kroll is an experienced communication leader with a strong background in corporate strategy and employer branding. At HUBER + SUHNER from April 2021 to September 2022, Kroll served as the People & Culture Communication Lead, contributing to various initiatives such as leading the Global Communication Committee and editing a multilingual employee magazine. Previously, Kroll held the position of Director at BOLDT, where the focus was on delivering business strategy and communication advice. Kroll's earlier experience includes roles at AXA, where responsibilities encompassed corporate communication across various domains, and at mp-tec GmbH Co. KG as Head of Corporate Communication. Kroll holds an MBA in Communication & Leadership from Quadriga University of Applied Sciences and a Dipl.-Journalist degree from Hochschule Magdeburg-Stendal.
