Hubline Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company engaged in the provision of management services. The Company is engaged in the dry bulk shipping business and provides barge logistics services of between 8, 000 metric tons to 10, 000 metric tons of dry bulk cargo per shipment. The Company operates a fleet of approximately 20 sets of tugs and barges that are used to provide barge logistics services throughout the South East Asian region. The principal ports utilized by the Company for loading and discharging frequented by the fleet include Bengkulu, Padang, Pekan Baru, Jambi, Tanjung Priok, Ciganding, Gresik and Cirebon in Indonesia; Manila, Cebu and Damortis in Philippines; Ho Chi Minh, Go Dau and Phu My in Vietnam; Kampong Soam, Keo Phos and OMP in Cambodia, and Thathong, Rayong, Sriracha, Kantang and Krabi in Thailand. The Company's subsidiaries include Ozlink Sdn. Bhd., Patimico Sdn. Bhd., Malaform Sdn. Bhd., Highline Shipping Sdn. Bhd. and Many Plus Enterprise Sdn. Bhd.
