Jared Williams is an accomplished engineering leader with over a decade of experience at HubSpot, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Engineering. At HubSpot, Jared has led teams focused on scaling customer data platforms, enabling product innovations such as Operations Hub, and significantly improving platform reliability and performance. Previous roles include Director of Engineering, where Jared oversaw critical system developments, and Technical Lead positions, where contributions included establishing the CRM Product team and developing HubSpot's email analytics system. In addition to their role at HubSpot, Jared serves as an advisor at Regrello and has experience as a programmer for the New York State Senate. Jared holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from the University at Albany.
