Tony McNeal

Tony McNeal is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in building and managing recruiting teams across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Product Recruiting and Global Ops Strategy at HubSpot since August 2023, McNeal previously held roles such as Global Head of Talent at Tools for Humanity, where involvement was in developing a large-scale identity and financial network, and Head of Technical Recruiting at Ro. Notable experience includes serving as Tech Recruiting Leader at Facebook, where a successful recruiting team for the Chicago office was established.
