Elena Koefman

Elena Koefman is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Senior HR Director for International & Global Talent Acquisition at Hudl since June 2021. In this role, Elena leads HR strategy for the Elite Business Line and oversees HR operations across 17 countries in EMEA, Latam, and Asia. Previously, Elena held the position of Chief People Officer at TravelPerk and eDreams ODIGEO, where responsibilities included establishing and scaling HR functions and managing HR activities for 1,500 employees in Spain. Earlier career experiences include roles such as HR Manager at 3i, Consultant at Grosvenor Wright, and Recruitment & HR Specialist at Siebel Systems. Elena holds an MA in European Business and a BSc in Management, both from Royal Holloway, University of London.
