Anne W. Burkett

Anne W. Burkett, CGBP, serves as the Executive Director and Charter Member of the North Alabama International Trade Association (NAITA), leading efforts to enhance international trade knowledge and activity in North Alabama since August 1983. Burkett holds prominent roles such as Chair and Board Member of the National Association of District Export Councils and serves on the Alabama Advisory Committee for the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition. Additionally, Burkett is a Board Member for the Huntsville Rotary Club Foundation and a member of the Economic Development Advisory Committee at the HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology. Previous positions include Director of Planning & Economic Development for Madison County and Internal Director on the Board of the Womens Economic Development Council. Burkett holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and International Trade from Auburn University.
