Aiko Bethea

Aiko Bethea, Esq., PCC, is a seasoned leadership consultant and executive coach with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. As the Principal Consultant and Founder of RARE Coaching & Consulting LLC since 2016, Aiko focuses on enhancing self-awareness and emotional intelligence among leaders. Current roles include serving as a leadership consultant and executive coach with the Brené Brown Education and Research Group, where Aiko leads DEI curriculum development and coaching efforts. Additionally, Aiko contributes to the Hudson Institute of Coaching as faculty, has authored bestselling books, and has held significant positions in organizations such as Frontline Solutions and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Aiko's educational background includes a degree in Government from Smith College and a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
