Linda Lauer

Linda Lauer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in coaching, management, and technology. Currently serving as a board member for the High Performance Government Network since January 2021, Linda also operates as a Principal Corporate/Career/Transitional Coach with Stargate Coaching Team, focusing on employer strategies for talent acquisition and retention. Additional roles include Executive and Transitional Coach at the Hudson Institute of Coaching, Lead Accountability Coach at Club 720®, and Team Development Director at Housing Resource Hub. Previously, Linda held various positions in organizations such as Parkview Health, Waterfield Financial, Verizon, and Lincoln Financial, accumulating extensive experience in philanthropic research, software engineering, and project management. Linda holds an Executive and Transitional Coaching Certification from the Hudson Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Services from Indiana Wesleyan University.
