Michael Thomson is an accomplished Flow Cytometry professional with extensive experience in managing core facilities and advancing laboratory operations. Currently serving as the Flow Cytometry Core Facility Manager at the Hudson Institute of Medical Research since December 2016, Michael oversees the implementation of modern instrumentation and ensures quality Shared Resource Laboratory services. Previous roles include Shared Resource Laboratory Emerging Leader at the International Society for Advancement of Cytometry from 2015 to 2019, Flow Cytometry Coordinator at St Vincent's Institute of Medical Research from April 2013 to December 2016, and Flow Cytometrist at the Burnet Institute for Medical Research and Public Health from March 2009 to March 2013.
