Brian Perlis has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various industries. Brian began their career as the Director of Administrative Services at NETVERTISE, INC. in 1998, where they managed a team and implemented a benefits plan. From 2002 to 2006, they served as the Director of Human Resources at UrbanAmerica, L.P., overseeing recruitment, compensation, and benefits administration. Brian then moved on to The I. Grace Company, where they held the position of Director of Human Resources from 2007 to 2014, managing policies, benefits, and payroll.
