Serving as Senior Vice President and previously in development and planning capacities, Christopher specializes in pre-development activities, including entitlements and government relations. Christopher's prior experience includes senior advisory roles in the City of Los Angeles, focusing on economic development and fostering public-private partnerships. With a strong educational foundation in law and urban studies from UCLA and Loyola Marymount University respectively, Christopher possesses comprehensive expertise across all stages of real estate development, including financial analysis, policy development, and project management.
