Jonathan Glaser has served as a member of Board since IPO. He has been Managing Member of JMG Capital Management LLC since he founded the company in 1992. JMG Capital Management LLC is the General Partner of JMG Capital Partners, L.P., an investment limited partnership that has been a leader in various capital market strategies, private placements and additional financing strategies.
Prior to founding JMG, Glaser was a member floor trader on both the American Stock Exchange and Pacific Stock Exchange.
Glaser received a Juris Doctor degree from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
