Hudson Pacific Properties
Ryan Karchner joined Hudson Pacific in 2015 and serves as Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management, where he is responsible for relationship management of the capital partners and lenders across the company's office and studio joint venture investments. Karchner also leads a variety of strategic and growth-oriented projects across the company's wholly-owned portfolio.
Before joining Hudson Pacific, Karchner served as Global Relationship Manager at GE Capital, where he designed custom-structured finance programs to support multinational customer growth objectives worldwide. During his 12-year tenure at GE Capital, Karchner held regional and global positions on the acquisitions and asset management teams.
Karchner earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics, both from Bucknell University.
