Will Cordrin's work experience begins with their role as a Youth Educator at Temple Israel of Natick from August 2002 to July 2005. In this position, they coordinated youth group activities and served as an advisor for the senior youth group.

Most recently, Cordrin has been working at Harvard University Employees Credit Union (HUECU). Will started in January 2018 as a Deposit Operations Representative/Support and Quality Control before transitioning to the role of Operations and Student Org Specialist in May 2022.
Will Corrdin completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Judaic Studies from Binghamton University from 1995 to 1999. Will then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Jewish Communal Service and Judaic Studies at Brandeis University from 1999 to 2002. In 1997-1998, they briefly attended The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, though no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for that period.
