Will Corrdin

Will Cordrin's work experience begins with their role as a Youth Educator at Temple Israel of Natick from August 2002 to July 2005. In this position, they coordinated youth group activities and served as an advisor for the senior youth group.

From August 2005 to August 2006, Cordrin worked as the Director of Recruitment and Marketing, North America at The Nesiya Institute. Will supervised all North American operations for the organization, including marketing and promotion, alumni relations, and participant recruitment.

Cordrin then joined Combined Jewish Philanthropies (CJP) in August 2006, where they held multiple roles. As a Senior Israel Program Associate, they recruited and led synagogue leadership on trips to Israel, served as a liaison for program providers, and worked on fostering relationships between young leaders from Boston and Haifa. From August 2012 to October 2014, Cordrin served as a Senior Israel Program Officer at CJP, where they managed programming in over 15 synagogues and advocated for the development of Israel adult education in congregations.

In 2015, Cordrin joined Eastern Bank as a Senior Research Specialist, a position they held until December 2017.

Most recently, Cordrin has been working at Harvard University Employees Credit Union (HUECU). Will started in January 2018 as a Deposit Operations Representative/Support and Quality Control before transitioning to the role of Operations and Student Org Specialist in May 2022.

Will Corrdin completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Judaic Studies from Binghamton University from 1995 to 1999. Will then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Jewish Communal Service and Judaic Studies at Brandeis University from 1999 to 2002. In 1997-1998, they briefly attended The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, though no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for that period.
