Lee B.

Lee B. currently serves as the NPD Director at Huel, where responsibilities include global ownership of product discovery and development, as well as leading an expanding team to enhance the product development pipeline in complete food and nutrition. Prior to Huel, Lee B. held various positions at ARYZTA, including Head of NPD & Innovation and Senior NPD Manager, focusing on product development for leading UK retailers. Additional experience includes working as a Senior Food & Nutrition Technologist at NSF International, where oversight of nutritional analysis and menu copy for Whitbread was performed, and as a Culinary Development Chef at McCormick. Earlier roles include Head Chef at Greene King and Chef De Partie at Sir Charles Napier. Lee B. holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition & Food Science from Oxford Brookes University and a GNVQ Level 3 in Cooking and Related Culinary Arts from The Henley College.
