John Schaub is an experienced sales and program management professional, currently serving as Sales Director for HUG Engineering in North, Central, and South America since November 2023. Prior to this, John held multiple leadership roles at Faurecia Exhaust System from March 2013 to March 2024, including Director Alliance CBU and Director Programs and Quality. John also contributed as Director Program and Sales for Asia OEM and served as Program Manager. Earlier experience includes managing child safety seat projects as Program Manager at Dorel Juvenile Group, and acting as a liaison between Toyota and Valeo for exterior design components during a six-year tenure in Japan. John holds an MBA from Indiana University Bloomington and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
