David Cohen

David Cohen has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. David started their career as an intern at IF Management, Inc. from May 2009 to August 2010. In 2014, they worked as a Judicial Intern at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York from September to December. David then joined Mintz in 2015 as a Summer Associate for two months. David continued with Mintz as a Corporate Associate from September 2016 to November 2018. Currently, since December 2018, David holds the position of Corporate Associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP.

David Cohen attended Scarsdale High School, where they received their high school diploma in 2007. David then pursued higher education at Vanderbilt University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Managerial Studies - Corporate Strategy in 2011. Following their undergraduate studies, David enrolled in Fordham University School of Law, where they completed their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in 2016.
