Philip Giordano

Philip Giordano is a distinguished Partner and Chair of the Antitrust Group at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, where expertise encompasses over 15 years at the US Department of Justice, specifically in the Antitrust Division. With a strong foundation in antitrust law, Philip Giordano has handled complex criminal investigations and mergers and acquisitions, following a tenure that included significant roles such as Trial Attorney in the National Criminal Enforcement Section and the Networks and Technology Section. Prior experience also includes serving as Chief Technology Counsel at Baan Software Corporation and consulting with Abt Associates. Philip Giordano holds a JD from Stanford Law School and dual undergraduate degrees in Economics and General Engineering from Stanford University.
