Theresa Ganal

Theresa Ganal has over two decades of experience in network operations, currently serving as the Network Operations Senior Director at Hughes since November 1999, where responsibilities include overseeing three Network Regional Management Centers and managing support teams for enterprise and consumer customers across the Americas. Previous roles at Hughes include Network Management Center Director and Network Operations Technical Support Manager. Prior to joining Hughes, Theresa served in the US Army from March 1992 to December 1999, attaining the rank of Sergeant as an Information Systems Administrator and Specialist in Radio and Communications Security. Theresa holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, expected in December 2025, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an Associate Degree in General Studies from the same institution and Hagerstown Community College, respectively.
