Andreas Metz has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and workplace management. Andreas started their career as a BA student at U.I. Lapp GmbH in 1999. Andreas then worked at Lapp India Pvt. Ltd. as an IT System Administrator before becoming the Head of IT Infrastructure at Lapp Service GmbH. In 2018, they joined HUGO BOSS, where they held various leadership positions in IT Workplace Management, ultimately becoming the Head of IT Workplace Management in 2019.

Andreas Metz completed their Abitur at Gymnasium Sonthofen from 1988 to 1998. Andreas then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Computer Science (Wirtschaftsinformatik) at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) from 1999 to 2002. In 2008, they obtained the ITIL v3 Foundation certification from APM Group, followed by the Lean Management Green Belt certification from Lean Institute (R) Germany in 2010.
