Cristina Guzman has a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in various roles within different organizations. Cristina started their career as an Accounting Assistant at Metro-Auto Oy in 2002, and later worked at Rautaruukki Oyj as an Accountant. Cristina then moved on to roles at Diesel Finland Oy and Diesel Denmark ApS before becoming the Head of Nordic accounting at Diesel. Cristina then transitioned to Diesel London Ltd., where they served as the Northern Europe FP & A Manager. Following this, they worked as the Group Finance Manager at Karnov Group. Currently, they are the Head of Finance for Scandinavia & Baltics at HUGO BOSS. Throughout their career, Cristina has been involved in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, accounting functions, team development, and various finance projects.
Cristina Guzman attended Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a BBA in Business Administration & Management Accounting.
