Additionally, they have experience in legal advisory roles at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Dr. iur. Nikolai also holds positions at AMES Foundation, Handelsblatt Media Group, and diruj General Counsel Leadership Circle, demonstrating their commitment to the legal profession.
Dr. iur. Nikolai Vokuhl, LL.M. (UCLA), began their education at Kiel University, where they obtained their Staatsexamen in Jurastudium, allgemein in 2003. Following this, they pursued their Promotion in Juristische Forschung und fortgeschrittene professionelle Studien at Bucerius Law School from 2003 to 2006. Dr. iur. Nikolai then completed their Staatsexamen in Juristische Berufe und Studien at OLG Hamburg from 2006 to 2008. Lastly, they obtained their Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law, Securities, and Corporate at UCLA in 2009 - 2010. Dr. Vokuhl also holds certifications as a Member of GC Powerlist Germany from The Legal 500 (Legalease) in 2019 and 2023.
