Franziska Gross started their career at HP as an Integrated Degree Student from September 2012 to September 2015. Franziska then moved on to Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Startup Program Coordinator and Strategic Alliance Manager from September 2015 to March 2017. Following this, they joined DXC Technology in April 2017, where they took on roles related to Business Innovation, Startup Relations, and Startup Autobahn Champion until January 2021. Currently, Franziska is working at HUGO BOSS as an Expert IT Consultant focused on E-Commerce and Digital Frontend, as well as a Team Lead for IT eCommerce Solutions starting from March 2023.
Franziska Gross completed their Bachelor of Science in International Management for Business and Information Technology from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University in 2015. Franziska then pursued an executive Master of Arts of Digital Pioneering from Zeppelin University in Friedrichshafen from 2015 to 2017. In 2016, they participated in the Silicon Valley Immersion Program at the University of San Francisco focusing on Entrepreneurship. Additionally, they attended a semester abroad at National University in San Diego, California in 2014, studying Business & Information Management. Franziska also obtained various certifications including PSM I, PSPO I, ITIL v3 Foundation, Selling Fundamentals, and TOEFL.
