Martina Kocher has held various management and leadership roles in the fashion industry, starting as an Assistant to Sales Manager at Einhorn/Zeeb und Hornung GmbH in 1996. Martina then moved on to become a Product Manager and later a Head of Product Management at Holy Fashion Group, specifically focusing on Tommy Hilfiger Tailored. In 2002, they transitioned to HUGO BOSS as a Team Leader for Collection Development. Over the years, Martina has taken on roles such as Head of Collection Coordination and Creative Support at HUGO BOSS before becoming the Head of Collection Management for BOSS Menswear Clothing. Their most recent role has been as the Head of Research and Development for BOSS Menswear Black and Camel.
Martina Kocher obtained a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) degree in Finanzwesen, allgemein from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave in the years 1988 to 1992. Martina then pursued a Dipl Betriebswirt degree from FH Nürtingen from 1992 to 1996. In 2019, they enrolled in Steinbeis Hochschule and completed a Systemic Business Coach degree. Martina further enhanced their skills by obtaining certifications as a Certified Systemic Business Coach from Steinbeis-Hochschule-Berlin in 2020, a Design Thinking Champion from HUGO BOSS in 2019, and a Holistic Human Design Coach from All about Human Design in 2022.
