Sibiya Mark

Sibiya Mark is an experienced Operations Coordinator at Hulamin, holding key roles in both Cold Rolling and Hot Rolling departments since January 2013. In these positions, Sibiya oversees daily production to meet operational targets concerning safety, quality, throughput, and cost, managing a team of 66 subordinates under a four-shift system. Previous roles include Roll Shop Area Coordinator, where Sibiya focused on enhancing production performance and coordinating training, and Maintenance and Reliability Engineering Technician, responsible for plant asset repairs and performance analysis.
