Dean Blanchone

Dean Blanchone has over 20 years of experience in various roles in the technology and telecommunications industry. Dean started their career at Alliance Data, where they created and managed the Provisioning department, overseeing infrastructure systems and services. Dean also served as a Project Manager, successfully managing the PMO for the Year 2000 Project. Additionally, Dean held the position of Telecommunications Manager, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing voice and data communications across multiple sites.

Following their time at Alliance Data, Dean joined McKesson as a Senior Manager of Network/Telecom, where they oversaw a corporate-wide voice and data network spanning over 300 locations. Dean managed a team of 15 network engineers and handled contracts for communication technologies, including PBX, VoIP, wireless, and more.

Dean's most recent role was at Hulcher Services as an IT Director. In this position, they automated and streamlined business processes, reducing staffing and overhead costs while increasing efficiency. Dean focused on evaluating and replacing outdated systems with user-friendly applications and systems.
