Amanda Spencer

Amanda Spencer is an experienced professional in land development and project management, currently serving as the Director of Land Development at Verdantas since April 2020. With a comprehensive background at Hull & Associates, Inc. since April 2012, Amanda has held multiple roles including Senior Project Manager/Associate, Project Manager/Associate, and Director of Land Development. Additionally, Amanda has worked as a Project Manager and Civil Designer at Jobes Henderson & Associates, Inc. since April 2012. Prior experience includes a position as a Senior AutoCAD Technician at EMH&T from October 2003 to April 2012 and as Reappraisal Staff at the Licking County Auditor's Office from May 2003 to October 2003. Amanda holds an Associate's Degree in Drafting and Design from Central Ohio Technical College, earned between 2000 and 2003, and graduated from Newark High School in 2000.
