Gerry Salontai

Gerry Salontai has joined Hull as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with the start of the investment made by RTC Partners in the company. Gerry is an industry veteran that brings decades of leadership and management experience to Hull. As CEO, he will be responsible to lead the vision for the company, strategic direction and ensure the company meets its business objectives.

Gerry has held progressively responsible positions in several multi-disciplinary companies in the industry and previously served as the CEO of Kleinfelder, a global engineering, science and construction-related services company, where he led the growth of organization from $65 million to over $300 million during his leadership tenure. Gerry has both a Bachelor and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering and has an Executive Management certificate in Business. He is a licensed professional civil engineer.

Professionally, he is active participant in industry trade associations where he is considered a thought leader and often gives keynote presentations or participates in panel discussions at many national conferences. On the personal side, Gerry resides in the Lake Tahoe area of California with his wife Cindy of many decades and their Australian Shepard, Kona. They have 3 grown children and 7 grandchildren.

He spends his personal time in a variety of areas, including spending time with the family, travel and enjoying a number of hobbies and activities – that include motorcycle touring, hiking, golf and snow skiing. He also gives his time back to the community and currently serves on the Board of the Truckee River Watershed Council, a non-profit focused on the environmental cleanup of one of the West’s most precious waterways.
