Steve Lim

Steve Lim currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Hum Capital since May 2023 and as an Advisor at HRZ since December 2021. Previously, Steve held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Vacatia, where significant achievements included the integration of nine acquisitions leading to a 25-fold revenue increase. Prior to Vacatia, Steve spent nearly a decade at Standard Chartered Bank, rising to Managing Director with responsibilities in M&A across the Americas and Korea, where key accomplishments included building a successful cross-border M&A advisory business and originating nearly US$5 billion in transactions. Steve's earlier experience includes significant roles at Merrill Lynch and TPG Global, where substantial transaction execution and financial analyses were performed. Steve holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University.
