Javier Farre

Javier Farre is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as Engineering Lead at Humaans since July 2022, Javier has previously held key positions at Springpod, including Engineering Team Lead and Senior Full Stack Developer, where responsibilities included engineering decision-making and improving platform architecture. Prior to Springpod, Javier was the MicroHybrid Systems Validation Lead Engineer at Ford Motor Company, focusing on software stability for engine components, and began a career in R&D as a Lubrication System Component Engineer at AVL. Javier holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering with an Automotive specialization from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Universitat de Lleida.
