Will Archer has worked in the field of validation engineering since 2017. Will started their career as a Validation Engineer at Quality Chemical Laboratories and worked there until January 2021. In January 2021, they joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Engineer III, Validation, where they worked until October 2021. Since November 2021, they have been working at Humacyte as a Validation Engineer.
Will Archer received a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University between 2012 and 2017.
