Becca Gelb

Becca Gelb currently serves as an Operating Partner at Human Capital since October 2021. Prior to this role, Becca held various leadership positions at Pinterest from April 2019 to September 2021, including Head of Global Talent Acquisition and Head of Technical Recruiting. Becca's experience also includes significant roles at Uber as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Manager of Recruiting, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing Diversity & Inclusion Recruiting programs, Inbound Sourcing, and the Global Employee Referral Program. Becca worked at AppNexus as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Manager of Sourcing & Research, as well as at Heidrick & Struggles as an Associate, and Egon Zehnder as a Research Analyst. Becca obtained a BA in International Relations and Spanish from Colgate University, where studies were completed from 2004 to 2008.
