Debbie Griffin

Debbie Griffin has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Debbie is currently working at Human Capital as the Head of Finance. Prior to this, they worked at F-Prime Capital Partners for 10 years, starting as the Director of Finance and progressing to the Vice President of Finance. At F-Prime Capital Partners, they were responsible for financial reporting, portfolio monitoring, partnership accounting, and deal valuation. Debbie also played a key role in the firm's rapid growth and technology transformation. Before F-Prime Capital Partners, Debbie worked at Devonshire Investors as a Director of Finance, where they managed various engagements and conducted due diligence on M&A projects. Debbie started their career at CFGI as a Manager, providing client servicing, accounting, and audit management services. Prior to that, they worked at EY as an Audit Manager, where they managed audit engagements for clients in various sectors. Overall, Debbie has a strong background in finance, accounting, and investment management.
